ACEP Engineers Presented at APA General Meeting

ACEP’s Mariko Shirazi, David Light, Jeremy Vandermeer and Ben Loeffler attended the 2018 ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Power Association conference Aug. 22-24 in Fairbanks. Mariko Shirazi presented on a panel along with Isaac Vanderburg from Launch ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ and David Messier from Tanana Chiefs Conference. Vanderburg discussed Launch ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ and past and current cohorts. Messier discussed energy challenges and projects in TCC communities. Shirazi discussed how ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ can play a leading role in developing and demonstrating microgrids with high contribution from variable renewable energy sources.
