Bond Attends Indigenous Leadership Academy

ACEP’s Baxter Bond is attending the in Fairbanks from April 12-17, 2019.

NAILA participants will include 25 new-generation ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Native leaders from across northern ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥. They’ll address community-based wellness, leadership development and community sustainable development. The dynamic and transformative experience will integrate best practices from leadership development and training programs.

The academy will be led through a partnership with in Utqiagvik and the Department of ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Native Studies and Rural Development at UAF.
