Your Data Can Expand Knowledge of �ֻ�ֱ��’s Electric Vehicles

ACEP developed a for �ֻ�ֱ�� communities. The work was made possible by �ֻ�ֱ�� Energy Authority funding for the �ֻ�ֱ�� Electric Vehicle Working Group.

Using this calculator, users identify their communities and select a range of inputs on vehicle use (daily mileage, parked in a garage or outside, etc.) The output compares the EV’s energy costs and emissions to an internal combustion vehicle.

Data from EVs in �ֻ�ֱ�� can help fill in the gaps in knowledge for energy use and performance in extreme cold temperatures. ACEP is currently gathering data on EV energy use in �ֻ�ֱ��. If you have an EV and are willing to share your data, contact Michelle Wilber at mmwilber@alaska.edu.
