The U.S. Department of Agriculture has awarded the ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥
Cooperative Extension Service a $730,585 grant for its ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Tribes Extension Program
as part of a $71 million investment to help underserved communities.
Thanks to a Recordings at Risk grant through the Council on Library and Information
Resources, the Oral History Department at the ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ has had
241 historical KUAC radio programs professionally digitized and added to their collection.
The ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥, in partnership with the nonprofit UAF ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Association,
is seeking nominations for the Distinguished Alumnus Award and William R. Cashen Service
