It is time for students to register for Spring 2023! The Registration Week Kick-Off
event lets students meet with representatives from most UAF student services organizations
in one place. Academic advisors will be ready to go over registration steps and answer any questions
students have. This fair-style event also features experts from the Financial Aid Office, Office
of the Registrar, Department of Residence Live and Dining, Department of Military

a senior at Palmer High School, was elected president of the Educators Rising national
student officers. Educators Rising ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ is one of four programs housed under UAF’s

Karsten Sierra wanted to go to the national conference of the American Indian Science
and Engineering Society this year, but the costs presented a challenge. After encouragement from a couple of sources, the sophomore majoring in mechanical
engineering and a student employee in UAF’s Geophysical Institute Communications unit
decided to apply for travel scholarships.
Join Chancellor White and the university community for the annual holiday gathering
on Dec. 6 from 4-6 p.m. Wood Center multilevel lounge and mall area. Refreshments
will be served and the UAF Jazz Combo will perform. Staff and faculty are encouraged to donate non-perishable items to the Wood Center
