Emergency alert test scheduled Thursday

UAF will test its emergency notification system on Thursday, Jan. 30. Between 1 and 2 p.m., employees and students at all UAF locations, including rural campuses and sites, will receive one or more test messages. Learn more about the emergency alert test.

Forum brings together Interior farmers, producers and market gardeners

A free two-day event will offer a mix of formal presentations and time for Interior 乐虎直播 farmers and growers to share ideas and knowledge. The inaugural Interior 乐虎直播 Farm Forum will be held from Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Pike's Waterfront Lodge in Fairbanks. It is designed to connect local farmers with other farmers and with the resources they need to succeed. It's also an opportunity for people thinking about becoming farmers to learn more. As we begin the spring 2025 semester, please keep in mind that UAF has a policy on Animals in University Buildings and on University Property (UAF Policy 05.09.001). A newly revised policy is underway and will be released in the coming months.
