Introducing the NookTech newsletter

The Nanook Technology Services Service Desk is excited to announce that its team is starting a newsletter to keep subscribers up-to-date on changes regarding UA computer accounts and services. The team intends to send out these updates two-to-three times per semester as needed, with a focus on brief and informative communications. The team wants to improve transparency with users -- including staff, students, and other affiliates -- regarding changes in the everyday systems they use with the institution, and will include updates from both within NTS and system-wide OIT.
