Request for proposals: Sustaining Research Excellence Awards

As part of the Sustaining Research Excellence Core of ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ INBRE 4, successful biomedical and health researchers within the INBRE network may be nominated to receive funding for the support of graduate students, post-doctoral scholars and technicians, the purchase of equipment, and to provide for buy-outs from teaching or clinical duties. This support is meant as an incentive for successful investigators to remain in ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ and further develop their research program through the continued acquisition of major grants.
Eligible investigators are tenure-track or research faculty within the University of ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥, or full-time research or clinicians at the ÀÖ»¢Ö±²¥ Native Tribal Health Consortium or the Southcentral Foundation who have established productive research programs as evidenced by regular publications and a record of major, independent grant awards as principal investigator. Major awards are not pilot awards from IDeA mechanisms.
