Thriving Within: Empower your mind, elevate your well-being

This new  focuses on mental and emotional well-being, covering a diverse range of topics designed to help individuals navigate common psychological challenges and adopt healthy lifestyles.

Workshops are live, instructor-led webinars combining led discussions, interactive exercises, and practical strategies for everyone. Workshops occur on the fourth Thursday of the month January through April, from 11 a.m. to noon, plus an additional workshop on March 6. Please note that the March workshops are companion courses intended to be taken in succession, but will still be valuable separately.
