Student Support

Donations to student support funds benefit students outside of scholarship support.

The UAF Communication Center increases the personal, professional, and civic impact of UAF by enhancing the communication competence of its community members.

Scholarship Support

Scholarships, Fellowships and student awards have an incredible impact on our Nanook Nation! We believe that enhanced student aid, through restricted or unrestricted gifts, helps retain the most talented of students. With fewer financial concerns, these students can focus chiefly on their studies, thereby reaching their full potential.

The purpose of the Jane and Arnold Griese Memorial Scholarship is to provide scholarship for students enrolled in College of Liberal Arts at the ŔÖ»˘Ö±˛Ą.

Thank you for continuing to support the UAF Department of Communication!

Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; you are not receiving any goods or services in exchange for the money you give.

"When we listen with the intent to understand others, rather than with the intent to reply, we begin true communication and relationship building. Opportunities to then speak openly and to be understood come much more naturally and easily."
